You have to decide if price is the most important thing. Of course you want to get a fair exchange for what you are paying. However, there are many instances of companies offering low ball pricing to get business. A cleaning service company has expenses like all others. This includes insurances, payroll taxes, marketing, accounting, equipment etc. If a company’s price is far lower than others you have to question why. They may not have necessary insurances or they may cut corners and provide inferior cleaning. Likewise you don’t want to throw money away. Some companies are just plain overpriced. A medium priced company and service may be a good rule of thumb as long as the other points are satisfactory.
